I love finding new things for inspiration. Here are just a few things that have inspired me lately! It makes me want to redecorate my entire House!

BeSt FrIeNdS......

This month three of my five best friends were able to get together for a weekend getaway at Bonnie's. It truly was a retreat. Bonnie is such a great host, she spoiled us with gift bags full of all of our favorite things, fed us nonstop, introduced us to her spunky friends, had crafts prepared for us to do and showed us around the beautiful city of Saint George. It was so much fun I didn't want to leave! For those of you who know my sister Bonnie, know that she is such a talented decorator. Her home is beautiful and I came home with a ton of new ideas! Thank you for a weekend full of laughs. I love you and I can't wait for all six of us to be together next month!

How To Survive Grocery Shopping 101...

So, I know I have been blogging a bunch but I really feel that getting my Grocery shopping done in less than two hours is a feat in and of it’s self! I watched this on an episode of Super Nanny (Which I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, mostly because it makes me feel like I am not a complete failure as a mother, and I secretly get ELATED when a child, not my own, throws a temper tantrum!) In this particular episode, Super Nanny was showing the parents how to actually enjoy grocery shopping. (I know it seems impossible, RIGHT? Well it's not.) I tried this before but I think that there age played a factor in that it didn't work!! You let your children color pictures of the items needed on the grocery list. I decided to give it one more try and although I couldn't tell what half of the pictures were, they new exactly what they were and helped me find it. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED, we were done in a little over an hour and still in good spirits!!! I was so glad that I brought my camera to put my pictures on a CD. I now have proof of there rare sweetness. I wish I would have taken a picture of Chris's face. He was annoyed at the fact that I was taking pictures left and right!!

A SHOUT OUT TO MY SISTA!!!

I never wrote about my weekend with my sister Ali, we had so much fun, aside from the fact that our Spurs lost for the SECOND year in a row to those Wretched, Jazz Spaz's ( PLASTIC SPASTICS)!!!!! We went to Costa Vita for my first time and if you haven't been you need to go. Order the sweet pork burrito, double wrapped, it is DIVINITY! Then we enjoyed the air show, indoor surfing and took the kids to the arcade! We also took the kids to the most AMAZING (that was for you Becca) Children's Museum ever!!! Finally we got to spend time with our sweet Grandma, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. We had so much fun Ali and can't wait to see you next month when everyone is here!!!

EASTER ON MY BRAIN.......

I know it's a little early to be blogging about Easter, but it's on my mind and I am so excited! I would have to say aside from Thanksgiving, Easter is my next favorite holiday. Who doesn't anticipate the smell of Spring, new Sunday attire, Easter baskets filled with all of your favorite chocolates, Easter egg decorating, Easter egg hunts and best of all the Easter Sunday Meal. I have the best memories of my mom spoiling all of us. She used to make all six girls matching dresses and the boys matching Sunday outfits. Our Easter baskets were always overflowing with all sorts of our favorite goodies. I loved walking down the stairs Sunday morning and seeing all of our dresses lined up on the couch with assigned Easter basket's. Our parents have always made each Holiday so special for each of us. My mom still makes her granddaughter's Easter dresses and buys her grandson's Easter Sunday outfits. What can I say I have the BEST MOM EVER!!!!!!

I watched this on Ellen and laughed so hard. I hope you find it as funny as I did. Don't watch the remix of it, but some of the others are really funny! My other two favorites are Buhlud and Baby laughing at nintendo wii! Don't you just love You Tube?
